Personal Data

When you submit a quote or contact form, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • ZIP code in Greater Cleveland / Cuyahoga County, Ohio
  • Vehicle type and the detailing service you choose to describe
  • Optional photos of the vehicle and problem areas, if you attach them to a quote request (up to five)

Photos are optional. We use them only to understand the vehicle and estimate the work. We send them to our team with the rest of the quote through Telegram, and we do not publish them on this website. Comments left in the reviews section do not include photos.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when you use the Service. It may include your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, date and time of visits, time spent on pages, and diagnostic data. On mobile devices, we may collect device type, operating system, and mobile browser type. Our hosting provider and lead notification tools may also process technical metadata when you submit a form.

Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use a small set of browser storage technologies to operate the website. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect how some features behave.

What we use today

  • Browser session storage (not a cookie): If you tap Get a Quote on a package card, we store a single key, quote.service, so the quote form can preselect that service during the same visit. This does not contain your name, email, or phone number.
  • Technical cookies from hosting / Next.js: The static host and the Next.js front end may set strictly necessary cookies or cache tokens needed to deliver pages securely. We do not use those for advertising.
  • First-party HTTP cookies: This website does not currently set its own marketing or analytics cookies.
  • Analytics / tag managers: Analytics is not connected. We do not currently install Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or similar trackers. If we add them later, this section will be updated.
  • Third-party embeds: If we embed maps or other third-party widgets, those providers may set cookies under their own policies.

Types of technologies we may use

Necessary / essential — required to deliver the site and quote form (including server logs and security).

Functionality — remembering a package selection in session storage as noted above.

Analytics (not active) — measuring traffic is not enabled on this site today. This page will be updated if that changes.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including responding to quote, comment, and contact requests for auto detailing.
  • To contact you by email or telephone about your inquiry, scheduling, or appointment updates.
  • To manage your requests and follow up on the detailing services you ask about.
  • To improve our website and understand how visitors use the Service.

We may share personal information in these situations:

  • With Service Providers who help us host the website or deliver notifications to our team—only as needed to perform those services. Quote requests, including any photos you attach, are delivered to our team in Telegram.
  • For business transfers if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to notice where required by law.
  • When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and compliance.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We retain Personal Data only as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Usage Data is generally kept for a shorter period unless needed for security or legal reasons.

Your information may be processed in locations where we or our Service Providers operate. By submitting information, you consent to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data in line with this policy.

Delete Your Personal Data

You may ask us to delete Personal Data we hold about you, such as a quote request. Send the request through the quote form on this website or by email at autoshinete@gmail.com. We may keep limited information when the law requires it (for example, to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation).

Children's Privacy
