These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use this website or request auto detailing from AutoShineTE LLC in Greater Cleveland, OH. By submitting a quote request or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide auto detailing at our shop in Brook Park, Ohio, and mobile vehicle polishing in Greater Cleveland / Cuyahoga County. Most interior, exterior, ceramic and protection work is completed at 15325 Brookpark Rd, Suite C, Brook Park, OH 44142. Packages, add-ons, and ceramic coating described on the website are summaries of typical work. We do not publish fixed prices; a quote is confirmed after inspecting the vehicle.

2. Booking and confirmation

You may request service through the quote form on this website or by phone at (216) 374-4049. You may attach up to five photos of the vehicle so we can estimate the work. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we reply and agree on a date, time, location, vehicle, and scope. We may ask follow-up questions before we confirm.

3. Access and preparation

For shop appointments, bring the vehicle and keys to our Brook Park location at the scheduled time. Please remove personal belongings, valuables and child seats before you arrive. For mobile polishing, you agree to provide safe parking and a suitable working area. We may reschedule if weather, access, or other conditions make the visit unsafe or impractical.

4. Pricing

Pricing is based on the vehicle's size, condition and the work required, plus any add-ons you request. We inspect the vehicle and give a quote before work starts. Amounts are not an offer until we confirm them. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle's condition differs from what was described, and we will discuss those before proceeding.

5. Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule with reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may cancel or reschedule for weather, lack of safe access, or other safety concerns. If we cancel, we will contact you to arrange a new time.

6. Results

We use professional methods and products suited to auto detailing. Results depend on paint, interior materials, age, and prior damage. We do not guarantee a factory-new finish. Pre-existing chips, stains, odors, or wear may remain visible after a detail.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by Ohio law, the website and our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Please point out pre-existing damage before we start. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that Ohio law does not allow us to limit.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to these Terms or our services is Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
